Program Description

SmartText is a person-to-person (P2P) messaging platform that provides users with virtual phone numbers for sending and receiving SMS and MMS messages. This is not a marketing or automated messaging service — SmartText facilitates real conversations between real people through dedicated virtual numbers.

How You Opt In

SmartText users opt in to SMS messaging by completing the following steps in the SmartText iOS app:

  1. Download SmartText from the Apple App Store
  2. Create an account using email or Apple Sign-In
  3. Subscribe to a paid plan
  4. Select a virtual phone number to provision
  5. Review and accept the SMS Terms, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service on the in-app SMS consent screen

By completing these steps, users provide explicit consent to send and receive SMS/MMS messages through their SmartText virtual number(s).

Message recipients opt in by voluntarily engaging in conversation with a SmartText user's virtual number — similar to how contacts interact with proxy numbers in ride-sharing or group messaging apps.

Messaging Disclosures

  • ✓ Message frequency varies based on your individual usage of the app.
  • ✓ Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • ✓ Reply STOP to any message to opt out and stop receiving messages at any time.
  • ✓ Reply HELP for support information, or contact us at [email protected].

Opting Out

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from a SmartText virtual number. You will receive a confirmation message:

“SmartText: You have been unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from this number. Reply START to re-subscribe.”

You may also opt out by releasing your virtual number within the SmartText app at any time.

Getting Help

Reply HELP to any SmartText message to receive support information. You will receive:

“SmartText: For help, visit https://quantarrastrategies.com or email [email protected]. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Privacy

We will not share or sell your mobile phone number, messaging content, or opt-in consent with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
