By downloading, installing, or using the SmartText application ("the App") or visiting quantarrastrategies.com ("the Website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
SmartText is a person-to-person (P2P) messaging platform operated by Quantarra Strategies LLC. The App provides users with virtual phone numbers that can be used to send and receive SMS messages with real people. SmartText is not a marketing tool, automated messaging service, or bulk messaging platform.
By creating a SmartText account and provisioning a virtual phone number, you consent to the following:
We will not share or sell your opt-in consent or mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for using SmartText in compliance with all applicable laws. SmartText is designed for individual conversations, not automated or bulk messaging. Service communications from SmartText are delivered through the app and via email.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier. Message frequency varies based on your usage of the App.

SmartText is a subscription-based service. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring charges associated with your selected plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Virtual phone numbers provisioned through SmartText are provided by third-party telecommunications carriers. Numbers are assigned based on availability and are subject to carrier regulations. We do not guarantee the availability of specific area codes or number patterns. You may release a number at any time, but released numbers cannot be recovered.
SmartText, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Quantarra Strategies LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App without our written permission.
SmartText is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We are not liable for message delivery failures, carrier outages, or third-party service interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, regardless of the cause of action.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of SmartText is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You must be 18 years of age or older to use SmartText. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantarra Strategies LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of SmartText, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of SmartText shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration may be conducted remotely. You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis, and you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Either party may bring a claim in small claims court as an alternative to arbitration.
We may update these terms as our services evolve. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Non-material updates, such as clarifications or corrections, may be made at any time and will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of SmartText after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
