The fastest help is already inside SmartText. Email works too — it’s just the slow lane, and it’s the only one where you have to tell us who you are.

Open SmartText AI tab SmartText Help

SmartText Help is a specialist built into the app that knows how SmartText works — features, pricing, how-tos, troubleshooting. Look for the teal mark above: it’s the first card under Specialists. Free during the beta, and it answers the moment you ask.

If it gets something wrong, don’t retype the whole story: tap Share Conversation in the AI tab, then paste that link into Contact Support below. We open it and see the entire thread — including what SmartText Help told you.

Opens SmartText if it’s installed on this device.

Contact Support

Me tab Support Contact Support

This opens a real thread with the people who build SmartText. Write what happened; the reply lands back in the same place and pushes to your phone. No subscription and no phone number are required to open it — it works even if your trial lapsed or you never got a number.

The Support section of the app’s Me tab, with Contact Support as the first row, above Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Reshow Onboarding.
Scroll to the bottom of the Me tab. Contact Support is the first row under Support.

Opens SmartText if it’s installed — then scroll to Support.

Email

SmartText is where we work. Email isn’t — it’s read, but it sits at the back of the queue and a reply can take a week. Use this if you’ve been locked out, deleted the app, or the app won’t open at all. Otherwise Contact Support above will be faster every time.

Support ID Your SmartText number

Without at least one of them there’s no way to find your account, and the reply gets slower still. Your Support ID is in the app under Me → Account — tap it to copy.

The FAQ covers the basics — pricing, privacy, what the AI can see, and what happens when the beta ends. Worth a scan before you write: SmartText FAQ.

Reporting abuse or spam sent from a SmartText number? Email [email protected] with the number and the message. Those get read first.

The legal set: Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and SMS Terms.

Don’t have SmartText yet? It’s free during the public beta on iPhone and Mac — join the beta.
